Abid Musa’s Fit for Life program began with a vision – to create a results-driven, flexible and, above all, realistic personal training service. Based on his own experience and drawing on his many qualifications, Abid has devised a personal training fitness system that relies as much on common sense and intuition and on his scientific knowledge of the way the body works.

TAILORED SESSIONS

Whether you want to tone up, lose weight or build muscle, increase flexibility, relieve stress, increase your energy levels or rehabilitate following injury, we have the knowledge and expertise to structure and supervise your ideal programme. Our Personal Trainers have first aid certification and liability insurance, so you know you’re always in safe hands.

STAYING MOTIVATED

Sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour and no two are ever the same. Because no fitness programme is ever complete without considering diet and lifestyle, we factor this into the equation and offer guidance and support between sessions. We understand that unless you persist, your programme will be of limited value. It’s our job to keep you on track, which we do by keeping it real and making sure it fits in with the rest of your life.
